Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the products and services provided by Codiedev ("we", "our", or "us"), including the Codiedev platform, Codiedev Recruiter, and any related websites, applications, and APIs (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service.
- Use the Service to transmit harmful, offensive, or infringing content.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our prior written consent.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display it as necessary to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and will not use it for purposes unrelated to providing the Service.
5. Third-Party Integrations
The Service may integrate with third-party platforms such as GitHub, Jira, Gmail, and Google Calendar. Your use of those integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or practices of third-party services.
6. Payment and Billing
Certain features of the Service may require payment. Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be communicated at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in writing.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by Codiedev and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as permitted herein.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codiedev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Codiedev, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
